What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.**
When will my order ship?
If you place your order before 12 pm ET, your order will be shipped same business day.
If you place your order after 12 pm ET, your order will be shipped next business day.
If we are having high order volume due to a sale then your order will be shipped out within two business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday. We do not include weekends.
What textures do you sell?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How many bundles do I need for a full sew in?
If the bundles are 20” and under you will need 3 bundles.
If the bundles are 22” and over you will need 4 bundles.
If the bundles are 30” and over you will need 5 bundles.
What is the difference between Virgin and Raw hair?
Raw hair is unprocessed.
Virgin hair is processed. The textures are made by a steam process. The color altered bundles have been chemically processed.
