I am Brittany David the founder and owner of Qaidence Hair Collection, LLC. 

This company was created because I love hair! I want to help people express their beauty through their hair. We started by providing only hair extensions to enhance beauty and aid in protective styles. Recently, we have launched our hair care line to help people care for their hair whether it is in a protective style or not. Adding hair for fullness or just a different look all together is an enhancement to your beauty as well as adding lashes of any kind. I am a mom of three who loves enhance my beauty by changing my look all the time. I wanted to give others the platform to do that as well with our premium hair extensions, lashes and other ways to maintain your beautiful mane.

Are any purchases final sale?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

**ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.**
When will my order ship?

If you place your order before 12 pm ET, your order will be shipped same business day.
If you place your order after 12 pm ET, your order will be shipped next business day.
If we are having high order volume due to a sale then your order will be shipped out within two business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday. We do not include weekends.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How many bundles do I need for a full sew in?

If the bundles are 20” and under you will need 3 bundles.
If the bundles are 22” and over you will need 4 bundles.
If the bundles are 30” and over you will need 5 bundles.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the USA and Canada only at this time.
What is the difference between Virgin and Raw hair?

Raw hair is unprocessed.

Virgin hair is processed. The textures are made by a steam process. The color altered bundles have been chemically processed.
Do you offer closures and frontals?

Yes, we offer closures and frontals to match all bundles available.
How are the closures and frontals made?

All closures and frontals are handmade.
Are the bundles 100% human hair?

Yes, all hair is 100% human hair.
Do the bundles shed?

Our bundles have double stitched wefts which hold the strands together in place to reduce shedding.
